I would like to submit a supplementary request for the following:

1) All tender documentation for the infill scheme, including plans specifying what the contractor was required to deliver

2) All records relating to follow-up checks to investigate any settlement of the infill

3) All documentation/correspondence exchanged between NH and Jacobs/Amco relating to the absence of infill material under the south span.
