Please provide all traffic management plans, drawings and associated documents relating to the Leeds Festival 2025, that took place at Bramham Park adjacent to the A1(M), including:

  • Traffic management and junction management plans for the A1(M) and its junctions (particularly junctions 44 and 45) covering the festival period, including any lane restrictions, slip road management, or contraflow arrangements

  • Signing schedules and sign layout drawings, showing the type and position of all temporary signs on the strategic road network

  • The variable message sign (VMS) strategy or settings that were used for the festival period, including message content and the locations of signs to be used

  • Advance warning and advance directional signage on the strategic road network, including locations and installation dates and removal dates

  • Diversion routes and associated signing, including the layout of these signs and where they were planned to be installed

  • Any traffic management documentation relating to the event held jointly with, or received from, Leeds City Council or the event organiser

  • Any email communications within National Highways or between Leeds City Council and/or the event organiser or the event organisers traffic management contractor, providing feedback, comment or suggestion around the effectiveness and potential improvement of the Traffic Management arrangements for the 2025 Festival.
