I would like to request the traffic modelling outputs produced for the 2015-2021 Trans-Pennine Tunnel strategic study. Conscious that this project was some time ago, it may be helpful if I specify the elements I am most interested in. The topic of most interest is the information informing the 2020 Strategic Outline Business Case, and the attendant tolling analysis carried out under contract by the consultancy Rob Bain (now CSRB Group). This includes (but is not limited to): * The Combined Modelling and Appraisal Report (CoMMA) * The detailed modelling link-by-link results (presumably a spreadsheet) that underpinned this report. If there are any questions, I am happy to answer them on the number below.
