Please can you provide the pain/gain share values and percentages used between the National Highways and the Contractor within the NEC Option C contracts utilised by National Highways in the delivery of major highways schemes (£10 m or greater) in the last 3 years.

Response

The main route to markets for operations spend within National Highways is either the Scheme Delivery Framework or the Pavement Delivery Framework. The following contractors share percentages, and the share ranges apply under these frameworks.
