Please provide a copy of the document that imposes a 40 mph speed limit on the A1 northbound, north of A428 Black Cat Roundabout between Black Cat Roundabout and St Neots.

Also provide me with a map of the locations of all speed recording camera on this piece of road.

Confirm how many road traffic collisions have occurred on this section of road between start of the roadworks and 20 August 2024.
