This is a request made under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Please confirm whether you hold a copy of the Temporary Traffic Regulation Order (TTRO) relating to the temporary speed limit on the A446 Lichfield Road, Coleshill.

If held, please provide:

  • A copy of the sealed TTRO;

  • The dates the TTRO was in force;

  • Any extensions or variations to the TTRO;

  • Confirmation of whether the installation of signage has been checked against the submitted plan.

    This order came into force on 12 July 2024 and was made under Section 15(2) of theRoad Traffic Regulation Act, which allows Orders to be valid for more than the usual18 months maximum.
