Please supply the following information:
1. A list of all structures transferred out of the HRE since Sept 2013, plus the date of transfer, recipient organisation and value of any dowry.
2. A list of all HRE structures for which licenses and leases (please specify which) have been issued since Sept 2013, allowing the structure to be reused while remaining part of the HRE, e.g. for active travel, storage.
3. The Total HRE budget, Works budget, Inspection/Examination budget and Professional Services budget for the Financial Years 2023/24, 2024/25 and 2025/26.
4. All documentation supporting NH's decision to provide £2.4M funding for the reuse of Castlefield Viaduct, including any economic benefit study etc.
