All TTROs & Traffic Management Plans for M6 J39-J40

1. A full, unredacted copy of any and all Temporary Traffic Regulation Order(s) that were in force on the M6 Motorway, for both the northbound and southbound carriageways, between Junction 39 (Shap) and Junction 40 (Penrith) on the 15th July 2025. This request must specifically include, but is not limited to, all orders pertaining to the 'M6 Lowther Bridge Repairs' project and the 'M6 Clifton Bridge Replacement' project which was managed in coordination with Network Rail.
2. A copy of the full, detailed Traffic Management Plan(s) associated with the aforementioned TTRO(s). This should include the detailed signage layout diagrams specifying the type, size, and precise location of all temporary traffic signs, including the entry, repeater, and exit signs for the average speed enforcement zone.
