Please provide a report in an Excel readable format for the last 5 years which contains litter clearance dates, the number of bags collected, carriage way direction, road name, positioning marker and any notes providers by litter clearance personnel.

Information is recorded in different ways due to regional variations in how data is captured and stored by our teams and contractors.

The North West and Yorkshire North East regions do not hold the information, nor do most of our DBFO contractors. As such this part of your request cannot be met under Regulation 12(4)(a) of the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 as information not held.
