I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 regarding the stretch of road located at A45 Higham road (https://maps.app.goo.gl/RJmbowpZYMuaNMbHA) On 01.02.2026, a road traffic incident occurred at this location due to significant standing water (flooding) on the dual carriageway.
To assist in understanding the maintenance history of this site, please provide the following information for the period of 6 months prior to the date mentioned above:
