I would like to formally request information relating to the landscape and ecology/vegetation aspects of the 'Scheme Delivery Framework' (SDF) tender/contract including the current contract and any future plans. Specifically, I would appreciate details on the following:

• Details on the previous tender for the current SDF including original tender documents and details on the criteria that was used for evaluating and selecting contractors for this framework.

• Details of any amendments or variations made to the contract since its commencement.

• Information on the review and process involved in the renewal of the current SDF including planned end date/anticipated release dates for the future SDF tender/contract and details regarding any potential extensions (length of these extensions and time frames for when decisions will be made on potential extensions).

• Information on any planned/potential changes to the future SDF. - Information on prequalification or registration requirements for companies interested in participating in the next SDF tender/contract (or similar if changes are planned).

• Information on any additional or alternative opportunities relating to area 12 and area 10 landscape and ecology/vegetation aspects of the national highways contract.

• Any other relevant details that you can provide about the SDF.

• Details on the previous tender for the current SDF including original tender documents and details on the criteria that was used for evaluating and selecting contractors for this framework.

Please find attached original Invitation for Tender document. Evaluation criteria can be found under section 7: Tender Assessment Procedure.

• Details of any amendments or variations made to the contract since its commencement.

No amendments or variations have been made to the framework contract since the commencement of the framework. Lot 5 Landscaping and Ecology supplier AC Lanscapes novated to Network Plus in July 2024 following the sale of the business.

• Information on the review and process involved in the renewal of the current SDF including planned end date/anticipated release dates for the future SDF tender/contract and details regarding any potential extensions (length of these extensions and time frames for when decisions will be made on potential extensions).

The end date for SDF is 31 August 2027. There are no planned extensions at present. We do not have an anticipated release date for the replacement framework at present.

• Information on any planned/potential changes to the future SDF.

We are not at this stage yet.

• Information on prequalification or registration requirements for companies interested in participating in the next SDF tender/contract (or similar if changes are planned).

• Information on any additional or alternative opportunities relating to area 12 and area 10 landscape and ecology/vegetation aspects of the national highways contract.

Requirements relating to landscape, ecology and vegetation are delivered either via the Scheme Delivery Framework or Maintenance and Response Framework.

• Any other relevant details that you can provide about the SDF.
