I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. This FOI relates to the injunction QB-2021-003576.
a) Please provide the name of the Process Servers contracted in relation to injunction QB-2021-003576.
b) Please also provide the Service Level Agreement and supplier contract between the Process Servers and National Highways Limited in relation to injunction QB-2021-003576, redacted where necessary.
c) Please detail the type and extent of information shared between National Highways Limited and the Process Servers on individuals named on injunction QB-2021-003576. I understand that data/information on individuals must be shared between National Highways Limited and contracted Process Servers to enable servers to fulfil their contract. It seems reasonable that National Highways Limited must hold general guidance on the type and extent of information able to be shared between NHL and the contracted Servers on individuals subject to legal proceedings. Please share this guidance if it exists, and, if not, please provide a bullet point summary of what information is able to be shared, and how, in absence of formal guidance.

c) Please detail the type and extent of information shared between National Highways Limited and the Process Servers on individuals named on injunction QB-2021-003576. I understand that data/information on individuals must be shared between National Highways Limited and contracted Process Servers to enable servers to fulfil their contract. It seems reasonable that National Highways Limited must hold general guidance on the type and extent of information able to be shared between NHL and the contracted Servers on individuals subject to legal proceedings. The extent of information supplied was limited to names and addresses for the purpose of serving documents.
Sharing of information was conducted pursuant to High Court Enforcement Group's information sharing policy - a copy of which is attached.
Personal information has been withheld under Section 40 of the Freedom of Information Act.
