Please could you provide me with all reports, site plans, maps and measurements relating to this monitoring.

In particular, I would like conformation of any slip planes discovered to date and results from any inclinometer measurements.

These are required for a structural engineer to assess the cause of cracking to house walls in the immediate vicinity of this work.

The documents relate to several ground investigations in the location in 2013 and 2015. More recently in line with the DMRB Standard CD622 "Managing Geotechnical Risk" are the documents that have been produced relating to the preparation of the recent ground investigation works and the subsequent monitoring that has taken place.

The monitoring taken place to date is contained in the Cyclic Monitoring Reports. Specific inclinometer reports are contained within, with the September 2025 report showing cumulative results from the inclinometer.
