I can confirm that National Highways does not hold this information, and as such this part of your request has been refused under Regulation 12(4)(a) of the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 as information not held.

We appointed consultants to undertake these assessments in order to produce products to support the development of the project, in line with our Project Control Framework (PCF).

The assessments listed under 'Information not held' were included in the consultants' time based fees and cannot be disaggregated from them.
