I am requesting information regarding "Red Claims" (claims against National Highways for vehicle damage) specifically related to the relocation of vehicles by Traffic Officers.

1. Total Number of Claims: The total number of "Red Claims" received for vehicle damage alleged to have occurred during emergency relocation (moving vehicle to hard shoulder from live lane)
2. "Dragging" Specifics: If recorded, the number of these claims where the claimant specifically alleged damage caused by "dragging," "skidding," or moving a vehicle that was not in neutral/tow-mode (e.g., EVs or automatics).
