Could you please confirm whether the notice, Road Traffic Acts | The Gazette numbered 3147625, published in The Gazette, was formally adopted by Highways England or National Highways or the relevant local authority and became **legally enforceable**.
Specifically:
1. Does the authority hold any recorded information confirming adoption or legal enforcement of notice 3147625?
2. If so, please provide copies of such records including decisions, correspondence, official orders or similar documents.

Publication of a notice in The Gazette is part of the statutory process for any statutory instrument, including speed limit orders.
Please find attached at Annex A, a copy of The A11 Trunk Road (Fiveways Roundabout, Barton Mills, Suffolk) (40 miles per hour and 50 miles per hours speed limit) Order 2018.
As indicated in the Order, it came into force on 19 November 2018. This is the date from which the police have been able to legally enforce the as described speed limits of 40 and 50 miles per hour.
