Advice and Assistance

The PCF Stage 3 : May 2018 - October 2018 Lesson Learned Log does not exist in our records. This is because it was repurposed as the Lessons Learnt Log for PCF Stage 2 Further Consultation.

At the end of Stage 2 the Project Team announced the Preferred Route (PRA) of option 5AV3. Following the PRA two Judicial Reviews were launched against the announcement. As a result of this and the change in designs we went back out to re consult on new route options which was known as Stage 2 Further Consultation.
