In a letter (NH ref NH/25/11091) dated 18th September 2025 it said NH's formal recommendation to a planning application 500m east of M1 Junction 23, then being considered by the local planning authority. was:- Conditional Approval subject to planning conditions and/or obligations.
The HE response refers to reviewing a technical note prepared by Tetra Tech Group Ltd on behalf of the applicants dated 4th September 2025, and entitled, 'Response to National Highways Consultation Response'. That report was produced in response to comments made by NH in a letter dated 22nd May 2025, which referred to the site producing 2,530 trips in the AM peak. Could you please supply a copy of that report.
