I am requesting the Daily Signage Inspection/Maintenance Logs (Site Inspection Records) specifically for the A14 Westbound between Junction 13 and Junction 12 for the morning and afternoon of 3rd December 2025.
Please provide these logs to confirm whether the signs were verified as present and unobstructed at the time of the alleged offense.
