Clarification on the ‘revenue collected’ definition

This refers to cash received in respect of revenue that has been recognised. It includes payments received during the year for PCNs and for crossings taken, but excludes prepayments and revenue recognised where the PCN liability has not yet been collected. As the latter is not included, it will not reconcile to revenue in the financial accounts.

3. How much it cost, financial year 2023-2024, to maintain and manage the crossing.

£90 million

4. How much it cost, financial year 2024-2025, to maintain and manage the crossing.

£83 million

5. Total number of crossings for the financial year 2023-2024, broken down by vehicle type.

6. Total number of crossings for the financial year 2024-2025, broken down by vehicle type.

These figures relate to crossings made during charging hours (6am to 10pm daily).
