I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 relating to Potters Lane, Send, Surrey (GU23), specifically in relation to its connection with the A3. Please provide the following information for the past five years (or the most recent period available):
1. Any assessments or evaluations of the A3 access point to Potters Lane. 2. Any records or data relating to traffic movements between the A3 and Potters Lane.
3. Any safety assessments relating to vehicles entering or exiting Potters Lane from the A3.
4. Any correspondence or discussions regarding potential restrictions or modifications to access.
5. Any records or assessments relating to emergency service access via this junction.
6. Any internal communications or reports concerning safety or traffic concerns linked to this access point.

We can confirm that National Highways does not hold this information, and as such this part of your request has been refused under Regulation 12(4)(a) of the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 as information not held.
Advice and Assistance
This location was identified through our ongoing monitoring of the Strategic Road Network (SRN) using STATS19 collision data, as meeting the criteria for further consideration. In line with standard practice for sites identified in this way, it was put forward for investigation and funding has been allocated for this work. At present, no detailed study work has commenced.
